So here it is: i know a guy and I like him. He asked me to translate a text for him, for a project. While I was working on that, we talked on Yahoo Messenger. He said he would give me a beer. I said I would like more a wine, and that it would be nice to drink it togehther...:)
Here's his answer:
"I have not said something like that, but I have a great heart... So it is ok!"
So, what should I do? Did he just tried to be interesting or he isnt interested at all by me??? Please help. Thanks.

I wanted to tell him this way that I want more from him.. And the answer wasnt "OK sure we will drink that wine......" as I expected.

I dont understand why he said "aaaaa it is ok I have a great heart I can do that" and not "yea, sure, good idea, why not, i would like to".
He said it like... "what can I say, it would be rude to say NO".
We had a coffee together also, before that project and everything...

Sorry, it sounds as if he is not interested the same way you are. He meant offering you a beer as a nice gesture for you helping him with the translation, nothing more. By you suggesting it would be nice to "share" the drink together, indicated to him that you misread what he meant to mean more than it did. Leave this alone and do not say or add more to it. If he really wants to show an interest in you, then he would have by now. I know you are disappointed, but I just know there will be other guys. Wish you the best!

I would chat with him again on messenger and this time maybe suggest getting togther for a tea or coffee. It may just be me but coffee has a more friendship connotation and alcohol has a more "dating" connotation.
If he reacted kind of negatively again to an offer of getting together for a coffee then probably he is just interested in a chatroom casual friendship.
If he says he'd like to meet for a coffee, don't be vague in your response. Say that'd be great, you'd really enjoy that - and when and where do you want to meet! Good luck!

I'm with the consensus that so long one spreads legs freely, most men should come running, thou a few will run away. Likely one finds it is those who ran away the reason why one might've been a wee bit more concerned about self.
As for me, I might boink and dump, only because I ain't had none in a long time and I'm tired of it, but I'm as likely to turn an easy one flat down because I thrive on that, also.

if i was that guy i would ask a girl to help me with it because I'm to shy to just walk up and talk to her so i would do something like that. so this guy must be interested in you cause if i did that, that would mean that i would like to get a little more acquainted
