why do some white girls say i dont date outside my race?

sometime i ask a white girl for her number some say sure but than you have the ones who say no sorry i dont outside my race i dony understand i just wanna know some inside from a white girl herself who dont

There are several reasons a "white" girl might tell you this. She may not be attracted to males outside of her race. That would/could include all races other than her own, (Mexican, Asian, Black, Indian), ect.

It could have to do with the way she was raised. Many girls are taught this at a young age and are too scared of their parents reactions and the consequences they would have to face to go against their parents wishes.

But she could have simply said No Thanks, I'm not interested and left the race thing out of it.

Probably because they do not think that is a wise thing to do. You need to respect that and move on. Sometimes us old folds knows more what is best for you young people than you want to admit. Think of this, in my family, all white, there is a little boy who is black . He lives with a brother and sister that is white. He sits on my knees and hugs my neck and crys, Papi, when am I going to turn white?? You think that don' t tear my heart out son. How do I help him grow up without some sort of problem, which was caused by someone else not caring about the outcome of things. Tell me how!!! P

I'm half white and half black. But i would never date a black guy because i was never taught that i was always taught to date people i would feel comfortable with and it has always been white guys. Some guys out of my race are offended because i will not date them. I just want to be friends and thats all. Hope this helps, and by the way some black girls and mexican girls also feel the same way.

People who base their dating on color of the skin are racists. Thus a white southern woman of Irish descent from Georgia who would date a white looking Arab who is culturally far apart but would not date a sixth generation Hispanic American due to skin tone is a racist. However, a white Polish wanting to date another white Polish or a white Lithuanian wanting to date another white Lithuanian is not racist, but cultural compatability. Similarly if the white southern woman wants to date another white southerner, it could also be considered cultural compatibility and racism, a the minimum, would be very difficult to prove.

Some "people" don't date outside their race, not some women...you just happen to be talking to white women. Black women don't, Latino women don't and men as well.

You can't categorize one type of person.

Then again, maybe some of the women you asked for their number are telling you that because they may not like "you" personally. But to state it is just white women, is not correct.

My friend, who is very successful, makes a lot of money, is extremely smart, and very handsome will not date any white woman because he is black and prefers to date only black women. No one looks at him strange at all.

If he fell in love with a white woman and they married, then I would be so happy for him. It is about "love" not color.

But some families do have certain standards, and beliefs.

But don't generalize, because THAT IS NOT FAIR!

People are allowed to have their likes and dislikes ... if she says she doesn't date outside of her race .. I guess that means she only dates other Caucasians ... best bet is to move on and find another girl to bug ... lol ... !

I only date white guys(meaning french, italian, german, english...etc.) and arabians becaus I am Arabic and Irish, Italian, and French. But thats me, I am only attracted to white guys and soem arabians, but I don't say it to guys unless they keep buging, the girls you ask just seem mean to me. I would rather say your too ugly then to say its because im racist (im not racist just date my type). Like my step-sister is white yet she hates white guys and only like mexican guys, but the GHETTO type of mexican not any kind of mexican just GHETTO from the GHETTO, because they are FINE as she says, but she grew up in the ghetto.
