Leave him alone, he has a girlfriend, how would you like it if you were his girlfriend and some women did that to you. plus they might get back together, you will cause drama, and karma will come back to you, move on and find a single man.

He has a girlfriend so there's no advice to give...he's not available.
Top that off with office romances often causing problems in the work place...many people won't date co-workers for that reason...it can be tough to keep work and romance separate when you two see each other during the business day. Problems in the relationship get brought to work, and should you break up it can make your worklife quite uncomfortable for a while.

Wait until he is "off again" and move in. Little preacher girl needs to save him from his wreck of a current relationship.
I met my husband at work and have been happily married for five years now. Just make sure you really like him. A break-up will be horrible if you work together.

Perhaps a change of venue (jobs) might be advisable, you're playing with fire and it doesn't help your rapport (or, the way other ppl perceive you).
Because try and see things from his point of view, what would you do if I were attracted to you in the same way but you have no feelings for me? And do tell, what should I do?
The fact he has a gf adds spice and complication which you should respect, hence it doesn't change much.
Unfortunately, therein lies your answer.

Never date a co-worker.It's a very bad idea.
If he were interested in you he would have let you know by now. Move on and find someone who cares for you and respects you.He already has a girfriend so leave it alone.
It may be on again, off again but he goes back to her.Do you want to end up in the same type situation?
Just get on with your life and find someone else.

If he has a girlfriend that he's been on and off with for years, what makes you think that you have a chance? If the man was interested in you, he would have asked you out.
He has a woman. Leave him alone and let him make the first move IF he's interested in you.

Stay out of it. There's more going on between him and his on/off girlfriend than is obvious to you from your perspective outside the relationship. If things were really that simple, they would have broken things off and stayed apart.
Even if you time it to hook up with him during an off phase in their relationship, he might just ditch you when she crooks her finger at him and calls his name. Is that really what you want?
Stop obsessing and find somebody who's available to you. If this is meant to be, it will happen, but you should get on with your life in the meantime.
Good luck.

NEVER date a coworker. It's hugely unprofessional, and at best leads to a sticky situation.
Wait until you no longer work together, and he's definitely split with the girlfriend.

find someone else to pursue. he's already attached to another person and you don't want to get involved in all of that. they have their history and drama, and falling in the middle of it will only lead to more unnecessary drama.
be polite but don't flirt with him or lead him on. and look for someone else who can give you what you want without the problems that the other guy has...

The next time he and his girlfriend are "off" again, ask him if he wants to go to a movie (this can be interpreted as a friendly gesture in case things don't get romantic). See where things go from there. If you guys "connect" then things will go forward, if not, you can remain friends and co-workers. Good luck and God Bless.
