You can only do this with the radio off.
Press FUNCTION to select clock.
Press c or d to select the segment of
the clock display you wish to set.
(c = Hour d=Minute)
As you select segments of the clock display
the segment selected will blink.
Press a or b to set the clock.
Pressing a will increase the selected hour or
minute. Pressing b will decrease the selected
hour or minute.

On mine, you turn the unit off - then hold the button in the top right corner. Then you can cycle through a few options and get to the clock.
But what head unit do YOU have? it could be different. And if you have an owner's manual i'm sure it would help you out...

On mine you just have to hold the button that changes the display from clock, to station ( or in cd mode; clock to track number).
What model number is it?
