Ive lost alot of weight after a virus and i wanna put it back on.

Basically to put on weight is easy. Just stuff yourself and enjoy eating huge meals like rump steak and full veg followed by banana split , with lots of high calories snacks between like chocolate gateau cake etc. and you can do research on the web as to precisely what food is high calorie and enjoy eating everything.

BUT.... it is not that simple. You need to understand unexplained weight loss can be a sign of disease. That really does need to be properly addressed. So it needs to be investigated by a Doctor. who will be able to access your patient history and find out your symptoms and signs to ascertain the precise clinical and medical cause of your weight loss and then you can be advised with appropriate expertise what is the best way to fully protect your future health and well being including diet.

I had a kidney failure in 2000. I dropped from 180 to 135. When I went back on solid foods again, The Doc had me drink one Ensure (dietary supliment drink) with every meal for 3 weeks. That got me back up to 160. About a year later 180, now 215-the extra 35 lbs is my own fault.

The best way to increase muscle weight (I'm assuming that you don't want it to be body fat) is to eat a lot of complex carbohydrates. That isn't sugar and junk food, but potato's, rice, things like that. Meat is always a major importance to your diet, as well as vegetables. I'm not a fruit eater because it has a lot of sugar, fructose or not, it's still simple carb's. Good luck and remember to gain gradually.

well you dont want to put on too much weight and get all fat .
the best thing is to just BE HEALTHY!
eat lots of fruit and veg, drink lots of water, and eat your normal 3 meals a day, with all the food groups. this will get your body to your natural healthy great weight! and you will 100% GUARANTEED look FABULOUS!

drink a shake (gnc will have a good variety) before bed and work out the next day. This will be good weight. If you dont work out the next day then youll just get fat.
