No One is Unimportant! She needs to hold her
head up high, don't think of it as old, think of
it as young at heart. Why does she constantly do what
others say to do? She needs to stop doing
for everyone else and start caring about herself!
She is important, she may not have much but life
isn't all about money, I'm sure there is someone
out there that thinks she is beautiful
from the inside out, if she is good inside that
is all that matters. Tell her to smile in the
morning when she gets up and to keep
that smile on as long as possible and
that will make other people smile
during the day too. Have a Great Day!!!

Everyone, no matter who they are, has something of themselves to contribute to others. An old woman can be seen as ugly because of what ageing has done to her outer beauty, but if you really get to know this person, talk to them, hear about their life experiences, you will see that there is more to this person than just how they look. We all as people have affected many people's lives in one form or another, even if it was left unnoticed. Remember, we all are people who change with time, but how we affect others is what makes us the special individuals we all are.

You have to find one thing in life that you enjoy, and do it. There's a lady like that down the street from me (well I'd not call her ugly but anyway). She's alone, with a crap job where they're always ordering her around, no one pays much attention to her. She started gardening in her yard and it kinda became her escape from her reality. You should see her yard, it's amazing. She started with a little flowerbed, and it kinda mushroomed. It gives her a source of pride to have created something so beautiful, and everyone could use a source of pride, regardless of age, income, or looks.

The best way to feel good about yourself is to help others. Try volunteering at a school, church or nursing home. We were created to help one another and this is a good way to feel good about yourself and help others. You'll soon feel needed and proud when you can do for others.....it also, takes the attention off of your problems. They'll seem much smaller when you actually see the issues others face. Go out and lend a hand you'll be glad you did.

You need to stop thinking negatively. The person is probably not as ugly or poor as you may think. Further, there are probably a ton of good things about the person as well.

She is of no importance only if she allows herself to be. It is completely within her power to make her situation better, one step at a time.
