Try a pressing iron I found one for my very hard to manager at Walmart for 24 bucks and it works real nice. I won't straighten it with a kits unless you want to keep it that way and have the time to keep it up. If you go that way try dark and lovely it has a gentle kind that works nice. And no matter what you use use really good deep conditions to avoid breakage.

Coniar is a good choice. It works really well on my hair. There are a lot of other brands that I do not approve of. I believe that Conair is the best. It flattens really well and no kinks when finished. The are also some Conairs that you can change the form. It includes crimpy, wavey, curly, and others. There are also other Conair products that you can get. Good luck!!!

I have naturally curly/wavy hair that I hate...My CHI Straightener is my best friend...I think I would die without it. It works amazing, trust me! It is one of the more expensive ones out there, but it's SO worth it...it can be found cheaper at Target. I bought mine almost a year ago for $150 but my sister recently found it at Target for $119.

I was introduced to my CHI straighten a yr or so ago as a christmas gift from a guy i was dating who worked in a salon. OMG it is absolutely the best!! My hair dresser who always said they were over rated used mine and then went and bought one for herself and her clients she loved it so much. Mine heats in about 30 seconds and i have my hair stick straight in about 15 minutes (mu hair is relatively short)

Helen of Troy is absolutely amazing. It heats up in seconds, doesnt tug too much, and you only have to go through once, maybe twice if theres heavy kinks! :)
