Not much one can do if a pup is caught in the canal other than a c-section...

Hopefully your dog was mated with a male smaller that her, that way the pups shouldnt be to big to pass, you cannot do much, the mother will be able to attend to the puppies once she gives birth, she will lick them to stimulate them, if a puppy isnt responding, you could get a towel, place the puppy into it, and rub vigerously, open its mouth a little and blow gently in2 it, my advice would be to go have a chat with your vet now, make sure your vet has an on call service in case of an emergency ceaserian, if they dont, find one that has. Dont leave it til the last minute................(vet nurse)

If the female gets in trouble you need to take her to the vet! If not you can lose her and the pups. C-sections can be quite expensive specially if you have to go to an ER clinic. These things all neeed to be considered before deciding to breed your dogs. One of our chihuahuas had to have a c-section recently and it cost almost $1200. I do sometimes have to stimulate a pup to breathe if they are slow to coming around. I have even done CPR on some of my pups.

You need to talk with your vet if you don't feel like your experience is sufficient to handle the birth. He/she may recommend someone who can help you (a vet tech or experience breeder). Then you need to get your dog spayed!

read some books on birthing canines. Also make sure you have a emergency vet on hand just in case.
