Drink a have a half of can of mountain dew in the morning for energy.otherwise only drink diet soda. eat 15 grams of fat a day, i don't eat very many carbs
what am i doing wrong??

5 lbs a month is good.
but as far as i can see you are not eating enough.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

You need to exercise too. You could of lost twice the weight if you exercised a little. It takes time and consistency too. 5 lbs is not bad at all for just altering your diet but if you add exercise to your plan you will get results much quicker.

I've been working out for the last 4 months or so, but not eating so healthy. So I am taking drastic measures. I got off bc pill because it made me really hungry. Now, I dont crave sweets constantly. Second, I run 2 miles on the treadmill, try to do it about 3-4 times a week, plus I take a body works (weights) class once a week. Also, this week I am trying this diet my fiance is putting me on:
Taking 1 Fahrenheit pill for women (gave me tons of energy)
1 rice cake, 1 hard boiled egg for breakfast
1 cup of cottage cheese and some fruit for lunch
and tuna and 1 cup of rice for dinner.
I havent gotten too hungry in between, just had a piece of fruit if i did. He promised me i would lose about 10 pounds this week!

As for you, I would recommend not drinking the mountain dew or diet soda. Instead try 100% orange juice and water, water! Eat lots of fruit and veggies. Run a couple of miles each day.
