Marriage isn't taboo. The issue is people go into marriage thinking 'if this doesn't work out, we can always just divorce'. Or when people don't feel like working through arguments, they decide to just quit. Marriage isn't quite as tight a knot as it used to be.

It's not taboo, but it's not mandatory. People everywhere, myself included, are choosing never to marry. And it's not just divorce that's turning them off. We want our freedom now.

If you have kids, it is better for the kids to stay married. But look over the marriage laws long and hard. Make absolute sure you know everything you are getting into. Marriage is a law binding business agreement.

Yes, You should live with them for a couple of yrs. to see if u are compatible and can be tolerateof each other, also u both can see your good &bad habits, if u cant tolerate the bad, Oh Well... bye- bye... no lawyers,courts,no suing
