Yes I go through that all the time. Mine is mainly depression from my mothers death and my fathers failing health. Depression is a real thing. You might want to get checked to see if you have some depression symptoms.

yea i totally do that all the time!! Just like out of no where but mainly i do it out of no where b/c i start thinking about my mom!!! ( i miss her so much)
