It is very good that your fridge is empty. Very hygenic. Mine is always too full, and I still can't get a decent dinner from any of the assorted contents!
Go and get a nice take-away somewhere, or a delivery if the weather is bad.
Keep that fridge spotless!
I'm serious. We all accumulate too much food which is very bad. So much of it is wasted, and often as not, anything put in the fridge is forgotten about and neglected.
Marks and Spencers do healthy and tasty pre-packaged meals for single people if there is one near you still open.
Easy, and no waste and no fridge space!
You are on the right path. Keep that fridge clean and empty!

NOT Taco Bell. Pizza is always good. If you want to make something, Mexican dinner kits by Old El Paso are easy and very tasty. You just have to buy the chop meat and fixins. A nice plate of pasta sounds good too!

Before I ate healthily, if i had nowt in, I used to go the corner shop and get a pot noodle, a sausage roll, crisps, pop and chocolate, and often some cake and pig out!
Now I`d say I`d have a McDonalds as a treat as I eat well most of the time.

Treat yourself to a takeaway. How about Thai? You could have those lovely golden parcels or spring rolls for starter then Thai Green or Red Curry with Jasmine Rice. Wish I was having that! Instead I am having Chicken with sweet potato

If you don't have food in the fridge, what about the freezer or larder... Failing that there is always a carry-out.

I'm roasting chicken with homemade sage and sausage stuffing, organic carrots steamed with ginger, and a fresh organic spinach salad. I'd suggest that.

I'll tell you what. If you bring dessert, you can come to dinner.

Fine S Csparky. But VERY few fish 'n chips shops stock cod. I love cod. Better than haddock.
