You are eating the wrong way unfortunately!!
Low fat diets do nothing to reduce body fat, unless you also reduce the amount of carbohydrates you eat and increase the protein intake.
Get the book Protein Power in the public library.
The basis of loosing body fat is exercising, eating enough protein (at least 90 g /day for an average person) AND cutting back on simple carbs (sugars, breads, cookies, pasta, French Fries, pizza, yes, yes,, all the good stuff).
But Don't go around hungry, eat lots of vegetables and protein when hungry (they WON'T add to your body fat).
In order for the body to burn fat it needs the hormone glucagon, which is prevalent only when there is more protein than carbohydrates in a given meal. Or else insulin will be prevalent, which forces fat INTO the cell, rather than OUT.
Watch what you eat and keep up exercising. You WILL get where you want this way.
Good luck.

Make sure you're getting plenty of carbs with your dieting. Whole wheat bread is the best. It will fill you up and the energy it provides lasts longer than simple sugars.
Also, make sure you have time to recover from your exercising. Taking 1 day a week off should do it, but you may need to take 2 days off. If your body doesn't have time to rebuild itself from the breakdowns it goes through with exercise, you will feel constantly tired because your body will want to sleep so it can heal itself.
Don't go on any fad diets; they are doomed to fail. Just make sure you're eating healthy (you may want to count your calories) and getting good exercise.
Make sure you include plenty of stretching with your exercise. It helps you feel better when you're done and helps you start to see results faster. Mix weight training and aerobic exercises. You should consider joining a gym or a program, like Curves or Weight Watchers.
And, very importantly, get plenty of sleep at night. It's very helpful for weight loss and just overall health to get plenty, but not too much, sleep every night. It will also help you feel more awake during the day.
Basically, just make sure you living a healthy lifestyle.
Good luck!

All the hype about dieting seems to miss the basic truth of weight gain, which is, calories taken in vs. calories used up.
If you're already exercising a lot and dieting has not worked for you, then you must be taking in a lot more than you're using up in energy. How about trying this: select simple, HEALTHY menus and for the next 2 weeks, eat nothing but those, and yes, I mean repeating the same things over and over and thinking of food as "medicine" in a way, rather than "pleasure".........and while you're doing this, FORCE yourself to stick to a strick time schedule for when you eat. And NOTHING after 8 pm at night ("eat late, gain weight" as the saying goes!).
Extremist fad diets just don't work. Give yourself healthy, full meals, but for a while, keep it very, very routine.
Good luck!

Hi,
I specialize in helping people lose weight quickly and healthily and i myself lost 15kg within 2 mths via a detox. And detox is the QUICKEST and the SAFEST way that I know because it works on bringing balance back to your body.. losing weight is just a 'side effect'.
I have also helped people lose a total of 500kg in the past few years via detox.
And the detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.
Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.
Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods that I take to enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.
Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out..
And that's it.
The rest is up to you.
So what do you think? ;)
If you are keen to find out more about my detox programme, you can email me at verityy@yahoo.com.

Eat less then you burn. No other way possible. Keep a diary of what you eat, even to the last piece of popcorn. YOu will be surprised what you are doing.
Health food is not really healthy. A doctor can give you the best advice. Not that you will be willing to take it, if you are looking for a fast way out.
