It is true for some, depending on the person. I do break out when I'm stressed. The professionals say that the changing hormones and neuroactive substances during stress may be the main culprit.

No not really. Pimples are caused by the staph bacteria coming to help fight off the dirt an oil that clogs your pores.

yeah it is because your stressing a lot and also you have pressure somewhere in your body that leads the pimples to come out.

Yes, because when some people are under stress, they sweat because they tend to be nervous and frustrated and it causes oil, which lead to breakouts.
