I want to start a community that is dedicated to going green house gas free in their lives. It will be more simple and straight forward than the organizations out there and be focused more on makeing a personal plan for takeing action. I'm in the process of finishing the content for the web site but have no html experience and no funds for the startup costs...any ideas of where to look for these things?

If you are going to totally greenhouse gas free your life, then you should read about this fellow in NYC. Granted, he is not totally GHG free as he uses a computer to blog and raise awareness.

The Year without Toilet Paper (New York Times):

Fundraisers: You pose an interesting question because your desire to be GHG free. If you are going to be totally GHG Free, then you will need to find an alternate power source and make sure you are not receiving power from a natural gas or coal fired energy plant.

You make it difficult for yourself to raise funds in an environmentally free manner as to travel to many of the major corporate sponsors would release GHGs.

Try the source for HTML info. Also, go to web pages you like, view the source and copy those parts you like. I just use notepad to write the HTML file.

Can't help with the $.
