I am a 20 yr old male and this weekend my dad tickled me..... is there any legal action that I can take?

If he tickled you on the stomach, thats ok, you are talkign about him invading you space, if he tickled you by your manhood, then he is a molester. You may want to find out why he tickled you at your age though, child molester do start out slowily with a tickle on the stomach and then they go lower and lower, and find out why he would be tickling you at your age. If at your age you feel like you can't talk to him, maybe you need to look at yourself and find out why you can't talk to him, why are you afraid to talk to him. He may just be a touchy/lovey person. You still have to consider if you take action, you are ruining your dad's reputation forever, no one in the area will ever trust him with kids again, so before you accuse him of being a molester, make sure he is one.

C'MON, man, you're old enough to know what molestation is and that it is a VERY serious charge that can literally destroy a person's life. Tickling is not deviant behavior, improper touching and fondling of private parts are and at twenty you ought to know the difference. I doubt if someone's father would be playing around that way with his son at your age.
If my dad did what you're suggesting I would have cold ****** him! On the other hand, judging by the way you end your question, it sounds like you're just looking for a way to screw your dad. I hope I'm wrong or he is.

It depends on how he tickled you! Was he just playing around with you? You are 20 years old and should know what inappropriate behavior is. Be very careful, molestation is a very serious offence, you need to be sure that is what your dad is about or you could ruin his life for nothing.

Are you kidding?? Unless he tickled you somewhere inappropriate, this is not molesting. I assume this question has to be a joke, but sounds like you have a father just wanting to bond with his son. I guess you would try to have him arrested if he hugged you?

Where did he tickle you? And if it bothers you, why don't you tell him. You don't get the police involved over a tickle.
