A healthy lifestyle is a balance of what's known in the integrative nutrition world as primary food and secondary food. Primary food consists of the things that nourish us that are not food. Relationships, hobbies, intimacy, sex, careers, physical activity, and spirituality are aspects of primary food. We consider this primary food because when this is balanced, you'll discover that food ceases to be your main focus. It then follows that secondary food is the food that makes up your diet.
It's important to understand that what works for one, may not work for you. What works today, may not work tomorrow, next week, next month, or next year.
Creating a healthy lifestyle means getting clear with what is most important to you in terms of how you view yourself and your relation to this world. Think about what you need that will truly make you happy.
Choose the best quality you can afford, whether it's food, work, or people. I'm not speaking just about money here. There's always an exchange between two entities, and nothing is ever free. If it doesn't serve your spirit, release it and move on.
Think about the foods you eat on a regular basis. If you consume products that make you feel tired, drained, give you acne, cause bloating, gas, discomfort, put on weight, then consider removing them from your diet.
If you have people in your life that don't support your goals, or constantly put you down, then you may want to rethink why they are in your life.
Are you happy with your job, where you live? If yes, great. If not, consider a change of scenery.
Whatever you do, remember that creating a healthy lifestyle does not happen overnight, especially if you engage in behaviors or have habits that keep you from feeling good. Healthy is a process that happens moment to moment, day to day.
Think of it as research. You have an idea, you experiment with it. If it works, great! If not, well, it's just research!
Good luck.

Exercising regularly (3-4 times per week), eating healthy (no junk food, no processed food etc.), no smoking, drinking no more than 1 drink per day (it's actually healthy for your heart to have a glass of wine per day), getting 7-8 hrs of sleep.
