deep squats - bend knees down as far as you can with heels down, make sure you can see your toes at all times, start with 3 sets of 10 then build up as you can
on all fours - bend knee to 90 degrees and lift leg up pushing sole of foot towards ceiling, keep abs contracted dont let back sink down on each one, 3 sets of 10 and then build up as you can. concentrate on squeezing your buttock on each one

lunges- same
power walking 45 minutes
running - 25 minutes (a lil faster than a jog)

Weighted squats & lunges. Also, walking up stairs 2 at a time really helped to lift mine & make it round.

Stand upright with your feet slightly apart. Bring one knee up and use your hands to support pulling that knee towards your shoulder. All that time keep the sole of your feet as parallel to the ground as possible. If ya touch your knee to your shoulders, you got a well toned body as it is.

Squats, you can add weight with a barbell when you get used to doing it. Hold the barbell across the back of you shoulders. Lunges, which you can add weight by holding dumbbells in both hands, and step ups. My trainer does all of these exercises with me.
