I have bad news for you.Is not easy.The magic bullet haven't invented yet.For many year the same question was with me and the answer far away.Sometimes personality plays a very important role in peoples life.Sometimes,does not.The button line is you need only one girl ( for the moment) so look around,make some friends,be open,charming,funny and perhaps you will make it.Good luck.
