I assume that the boiled egg is cooked whole in its shell in water, whereas the fried egg would have to be cooked in some sort of fat like butter, margarine or oil to keep it from sticking not unless you fry it in a non-stick skillet. The only harm that I can see with frying an egg in a non-stick skillet is that some of the chemicals used to make the skillet slippery has been linked in some studies with cancer.
For many years, eggs were considered an artery clogger by many in the health field, but it was found out later that many of the studies that supported that theory was based on powdered, not fresh eggs. So fear not. Enjoy your fried eggs--they're good for you and they contain cysteine, which is good for your hair, too.

If you're not frying with anything, and it really is just the egg, that's fine. It's exactly as healthy as a boiled egg.

Eggs aren't really good for you anyway. Eat sparingly unless you are a crocodile.

its not true. if you dont use any oil its as good as boiled one.
its not recommended to consume more than 5 eggs a week, but it concerns only yolks because they are to blame for high cholesterol.
