i have seen 5 different doctors at the gp surgery they are normally very good but do not to refer ? due to budgeting feel they would prefer to pay your self for second opinion

It sounds unlikely that antibiotics are the correct management. I think the time may well have come for a paediatric referal. I am not going to suggesta diagnosis, because by this time I would have expected help from blood work. I suspect from your question that she has had no blood tests done?

Make an appointment at GP but ask for a different doctor first and ask that you need to have an appointment at hospital. Swollen feet at 4 need more attention.

blimey i think she needs to see someone soon!! just say to your gp you want her to see a specialist, as she is only 4 a general paediatrician would probably be the best stop. he should be able to do this easily to your local hospital.
he obviously doesnt know what it is and so needs to refer on to someone else. its not a good idea for her to keep having antibiotics, it would obviously be much better to find out what the cause is.
if the gp refuses to refer on (which i hope he wouldnt as all professionals should know that they cant know everything!) then ask to see another gp.
you have the right to a second opinion at all times but you just have to be upfront.
im afraid paediatrics is not my area so i wouldnt like to suggest what it could be but i think she should see a consultant as soon as possible

good luck hope she is better soon

I'd see a different GP & demand to be referred to a specialist, you can't be expected to put up with this!
