We hear that women only care about personality not good looks. Is that really true? Do women really not want to date all the hot guys?

Of course they care. You can't tell if someone has a great personality by looking at them. All contact is precipitated by physical attraction, whether we like it or not. From there, the personality can influence the attraction, but how many times have you seen a girl with a guy who is a total @$$? So yea, woman do care, whether they care to admit it or not.

For the most part its true, it really depends on the personality. I see a lot of my friends (and even me) dating guys that are hilarious and also extremely nice, but at the same time arnt exactly hot. Once they start dating them, they find things that are cute and start thinking that they are physically attractive too.
Then again, some girls just date hot guys, but these are usually the girls with shallow personalities to match their shallow taste in men.

Of course women want to date hot guy's. As long as they aren't arrogant, players, liars, etc...we will. If the guy is hot and has personality, that's a major plus. We just want someone that will fulfill our needs intellectually as well as physically. Wether he be so-so looking or hot, if he's got it, he'll be taken! This goes both ways and shouldn't just be directed towards women...someone can be hot but it all depends on personality for me!

Hey! I'm dating a really hot guy. Who wouldn't want to date a hot guy? Unless of course he's just that and no depth at all just the looks. I'd date him once or twice and that's it.

I think women want to date someone that catches their eye. We have to be attracted to someone first..and then if they have the right personality type and we like the personality then it goes very well with what we are looking for.

no this is not true. In order to fall for someone....the first thing you do before you talk to them or get to know them is that you see them. You need to find a man you are physically attracted to , and then if hes also nice...thats when it becomes something else. you cannot not care what soemone looks like!!!!

its not that we dont want the hot guys, we just go for personality first. not our fault if some of the hot guys dont have a good personality.
