Me being a woman I would have to say no, as a woman likes to show you how much you have pleased her so pulling away shows that, that was not what you were after and will make the woman feel awkward for being forth coming with orgasms.

why would you want to do that? maybe if YOU were in the midst of an orgasm and didn't want to come inside of her, then i would say yes.... although its not good birth control.
