In all honesty,,,, it sounds like OCD-Obsessive Compulsive Disorder,,there are many different forms of it.
That is what I would say it is. And it sometimes denotes deeper issues. Do you have a professional you can contact to find out what they think? That would no doubt be your best bet. Good luck to you.
