can I download a database I created in MS Access to the Arriba software?

I need to know if I can download a database I created in Microsoft Access to the Arriba Software.

Never heard of Arriba software, but if you open the Access file and Save AS a txt file or CSV, you should be able to import it into almost any other database program I know of.
