ok, I'm a flirty outgoing guy, and I have been told twice that someone likes me... if they like you, then the best thing to do is just tell them, whether it be in person, over the net or in a note... buth of them told me in a note, and I ended up going out with both of them (not at the same time) and getting engaged to one of them... what I'm trying to say is that you just have to try to be flirty and outgoing too... hang out with him and be friends, get to know eachother, then tell him you like him
