My allergies have been really bad, constantly blowing my nose and thick mucus. I have this pressure pain at the top and at the back of my head. It hurts more when I squat down, bend forward, cough and blow my nose. Is this sinus pain? It feels like a pressure pain.

Yes, that's a sinus headache and it sounds like you have a sinus infection. Take some tylenol sinus, sudafed, or some other decongestant/pain med combo.

Sinus headaches are over your sinuses. Above your eyes and on your upper cheeks and sometimes your ears or jaw can be involved. If it hurts on the top and back of your head it's a regular headache. Most headaches feel like pressure.

Yes this is the classic signs of a sinus infection. See yoru doc and get it treated. That increased pain when bending over is the sure fire sign that is what is going on.
