Darn european BAC measurements!! All I know is that if he gets pulled over with a BAC of .4 or more (american) that would truly be a miracle- An average size man with an average tolerance would either be dead or on the brink of death with that much booze in their body!

That would be WAY beyond fatal -- did you mean .135%? In most states, if you blow a .10%, you're considered legally drunk.
