Well when we drink his blood that 13.5% the blood alcohol content (clever).
And if he can be strung up to a tree and executed, I'm more than sure he can be pulled over and forced into the drunk tank and have his license stripped away.
I'm sure that would throw a wrench in his plans next weekend's golfing trip.

Darn european BAC measurements!! All I know is that if he gets pulled over with a BAC of .4 or more (american) that would truly be a miracle- An average size man with an average tolerance would either be dead or on the brink of death with that much booze in their body!

That would be WAY beyond fatal -- did you mean .135%? In most states, if you blow a .10%, you're considered legally drunk.
