How come that Whatshisname only did a whole load of invisible magic stuff that we only benefit from at the end of all time.

When Jesus Christ, God the Son, became human and lived mong us, He changed the most important thing in human history.
Through his death and resurrection, he opened the gates of heaven for us and gave us the opportunity of eternal life.
And he taught us how to live here on Earth until we meet Him in eternity:
+ You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.
+ You shall love your neighbor as yourself.

No Jesus Christ already gave as a warning about this kind of stuff. and it is stated in Matthew 24:24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
and this is the right thing we should do if someone want to change what Christ has thought us in the bible.
“Gal 1:8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.”
