If you have feelings for a guy, then overcome your difficulties and talk to him.. ask him on a date... ask him questions about himself... try to be friends first.

you need more info in this.....if he is married..leave him alone..who cares what you or he feels..........and if you are married...?? the same...if you both are relationship free go on a date and take your time and get to know him and him you and see where it goes...........
