It is always best to assume the worst.
If you tell them in advance, they might have more respect for you for beinghonest.

Honestly, if tha tis in the past and you won't be driving any co cars or trucks, it should't be a problem.

Yes,

Because you were CONVICTED. That is what is searched for, the conviction. They ask "Were you ever CONVICTED" noe "were you ever sentenced".

The fact your sentence was suspeneded is all well and good, but in order for you to be sentenced in the first place you had to be convicted (or plead guilty) first.

Sorry.

Since you got a suspeneded sentence, perhaps you can get your conviction expunged after you complete your probation. As your lawyer.
