What can I do to stop her from going to the bathroom inside of the house? I never actually catch her doing this. She is being very sneaky about it. But, sometimes I find she has already gone to the bathroom inside of the house and THEN asks to go out.

As has been mentioned before, this could be a result of aging. I would take the dog to a vet for a complete check up to rule out any other problems.
If it is a result of aging, then there is little you can do to control it. But you can make living a bit easier for the both of you by utilizing baby gates to contain her in a particular room (kitchen or whatever). Purchase piddle pads to help protect the floor in that room. Give her a nice soft bed and make her as comfortable as possible!!

Is this a new development or did it happen gradually? If its new you need to take her to the vet. If it is strickly from just being old its really sad and she is probaly feeling pretty depressed about it. My dog is 13 and I have already made the vowel that I will do what it takes for him to be happy if I have to buy him a cart to get around when his legs finally give out well thats what I will do He is the love of my life and I will treat him as if he were a failing grandparent.

At this age many dogs can have this problem, there are diapers for dogs that may help. And a trip to the vet may give you some other solutions, be sure you clean up the accidents with a product especially for this, I swear by Natures Miracle..you can get it at most pet stores.

she is 14 yrs old!

she is quite an old lady and dogs habits can change when they get that old - generally they really cant help it.
she is getting to the end of her life, help her through it and be patient.
theres not much you can do, other than take her outside so she has the oppurtunity to go regularly. If she has been house trained before, she probably doesnt even like going inside.

be patient, sounds like she cant help it.

Sorry. Not much you can do. Our poodle hit 13 and we tried to put a diaper on but he kept peeling it off. We had to remember to take him out every hour or so just to keep up. We even waited until after he passed before we got the new carpet.
