OR
Ma raison la plus important est le fait que je suis Chrétien?

Neither, I am afraid as you need to conjugate the adjective with the noun:
Ma raison la plus importante est le fait que je suis Chretien.
This is gramatically correct, but it doesn't sound right, nevertheless....
If I had to come up with a spontanous sentence, I would say:
La raison (ou la motivation) la plus importante pour moi vient du fait que je suis Chretien...
Just my point of view, though....

I would say Ma raison la plus important est que Je suis Chretien.
but it has been a long time since I used my French.

Within the confines of your phrasing, I'd recommend,
"Pour moi, la raison la plus importante est le fait d'etre Chretien [or 'Chretienne' as the case may be]."
But I agree with the previous respondant, who is a native French speaker, that a different construction would be preferable.

I'm sorry but neither sounds idiomatic in French, I'd say: la principale raison est que je suis chrétien.

Je suis chrétien= I'm a Christian.
