Define meal. I eat a snack around 11 a.m., another around 3 p.m., and then wait for dinner. That usually fills me up for the day. So it's like ramen or grilled cheese for the snack, or whatever leftovers happen to be in the fridge. So I guess I only eat one real meal a day.

I plan to snack once mid morning and once mid afternoon - usually an apple, or a cereal bar, cup - a - soup...etc
Just something small, but satisfying - that way, i feel i tend to eat less overall because i am not really really hungry at meal times so i eat healthier portions which the digestive system is better able to cope with.

I often snack. My snacks include a banana, dried squid jerky dipped into red chilli speckled mayonnaisse; unsalted nuts and dried fruit, and a whole range of Japanese rice crackers. Sometimes I go for chocolate too. But then, I live in Japan ... yummy snacks here! The "O-sembe" and the squid jerky are just too wonderful to want to give up!

i eat light all day, mostly snack size things, like an apple for breakfast, a handful of nuts or more fruit mid morning and mid afternoon and normaly a salad at lunch then a full meal in the evening.

I snack in between some times when I'm late home i like tuna mayo with spring onion and have it on a crusty roll but got to be starving so i can still eat my tea .

Sometimes I do. Yes, I am trying not to, but it is difficult. For a long time, I had this problem with potato chips. Not so much now. The thing is, is to replace unhealthy snacks like candy, cookies and chips with healthy ones like fruit, cheese, crackers and nuts.

I eat between meals all the time. I work in a school and the staffroom is always full of biccies and cakes and sweets - its a dieters nightmare!

I have just finished 4 cream crackers covered with Philadelphia cheese and chopped cherry tomatoes with salt and freshly milled black pepper washed down with a lovely hot cup of Barry's tea - heaven.
Just writing about it makes me wanna run down to the kitchen and make more - LIVE FOR THE MOMENT!!!

I snack all the time. I usually have something like peanuts, cashews or mixed nuts. Or those Fruit snacks, like Fruit by the foot or Fruit Gushers.
