I need to know how many people there are in the Uk for some homework, and it is surprisingly difficlut to find on the internet. I think its around 6 million, but I'm not sure.

Well, thre's me and my wife, and some other people around the corner from our house, Sorry I was just trying to make you smile, I hope I did.
There is a way you can find out exactly how many, by looking on-line for a government web-site try www. gov.org/national census and they will tell you how many people were in each of the 4 countries, that make up the UK at the last head count, but expect the number top be fairly close to 62,million, Hope this helps you out Bezza, ..Bye Tony M

There around 60 million people in the uk. Go to the National Statistics Office website to get the exact number.

At the last count about ten. I can see them all from my window. Okay, so you think there are more people than the ones I can see. Prove it! We only have the statistics issued by the Ministry of Propaganda and Lies to go on. I think at the last census in c2000 the correct answer to your question is 'too many'.
