I dont know about the adoption part but I just want to let you know that most hospitals (in the US anyways) follow what the mother ask. Each time I had my kids, I was always told that if I said anyone (by anyone I mean anyone including my husband) can not come see me or my baby, the nurse will make sure my wishes are followed.

As far as adopting the baby, I would consult a lawyer or the public agency that the hospital is working with to put the baby up for adoption.

Best,

G

They can not put the child up for adoption with out the father's knowledge. As far as visiting in the hospital, yes they can do that. I would suggest to get a lawyer and try and get DNA done as soon as possible.

If your son is the father, they cannot put the baby up for adoption without his consent. If the mother refused to name the father, you need to get an attorney and get a paternity test. As for you seeing the child, I believe the mother has the right to block you but not the birth father....it is tricky since alot of this will be dependant upon whose name is on the birth certificate.

at the start, you're merely 15 years outdated judging out of your previous question. Why the hell do you prefer to cover out of your father and mom stupid woman? Are you that scares to inform your father and mom or what? Your father and mom can not discover out, the place are you gonna stay when you have the infant? below the bridge? who's going to enable you to with each little thing and supply on your infant? a baby fairly expansive and it particularly is in comparison to a baby doll. it particularly is a human merely such as you. tell your father and mom and recover from with it. in view which you're underage, you will choose your discern to be there and of course, they'll ask on your father and mom. provide up being stupid and tell them. EDIT: why might you attempt to get pregnant at your age?

Get a lawyer ASAP - You will need a DNA test done to prove that your son is the baby's daddy and then you can take them to court and sue for custody.

it probably depends on State law, however, if your son's name is not on the birth certificate, then you would have to push for DNA testing to prove paternity to get any rights; this i know from my time running child care centers. we always asked for a copy of the birth certificate because in my state that is what gives the first incontestable rights. check with your local county department of health and human services for your rights as a possible grandmother.

wow. I can actually sort of relate to this scenario

When my 'father' got my mum pregnant, there was speculation over wether it was my 'father''s kid. (he left before i was born hence the inverts). But i can say right now. If his parents wanted to see me or even him himself...go ahead. People can never have too many people to love them. And if you love this child, then you do everything within your power (not the law) to ensure the child's wellbeing.
