I think there were other bigger things that were going on with Jesus like healing the sick, praying, etc, etc than keeping a journal.

probably because He was too busy teaching and healing people. He had quite a reputation, He most likely didn't get a lot of downtime. And quite possibly, He didn't have education and couldn't write.
