Twice and I got a ticket both times. I did get let off the hook a few times for other traffic violations.

I have got 10 speeding tickets now. but the last 8 are your fault. I mean when you say to come over and get it I'm going to speed

I've gotten out of 3 speeding tickets.
When the police officer asked me why I was speeding...I told him I had to change my tampon and I was rushing home. It was REALLY important!! then I made a sad face. He looked freaked out and let me go....they always do!

For speeding: once and the cop knew my dad so no ticket
For having a headlight out: once. It was halloween and no ticket, just a warning.

Yes it can happen, you can be stopped and not get a ticket. It is also true sex, race, and age can influence your outcome more than anything you say.

everytime me and my friend get puled over..we go into a conversation w/ the cop and kinda like become friends..and he like lets us go.its so tight. its good to b beautiful :] hehhe. if ur a guy...tough luck..cops hate u
