You get to is hard to translate without context...it can mean "llegar a" (I get to work at 3/Llego al trabajo a las tres), "tener la oportunidad de hacer", "conocerse mejor" (I hope I get to know you better/Espero tener la oportunidad de conocerte mejor), "ir al grano" (get to the point)
Con un/a...
Y es...
I do is hard to translate out of context...in a short answer as in "Do you...?" "Yes, I do", it would be "Si"...in a phrase like "I do my homework" then it translates as "Hago mi tarea"

Lo que parece/el que parece/la que parece...
It's not a good idea to write such phrases without a context because the traslation might not be adequate...whenever you ask for help try to write the whole sentence and you will get more accurate answers...
