Burn some rosemary essential oil while studying.. and if you bring the the oil with you during exams (ie.pour some onto a tissue near you) it really helps with recall... Sounds weird I know but it works. Also taking a fish oil supplement & vitamin b complex is important. Take regular breaks say every 15 mins just get up and walk around.

Draw up a revision plan and give yourself plenty of time to revise. Don't study for too long without a break and reward yourself for all progress. Make sure you exercise a little and get enough rest. Ease up on coffee and fizzy drinks and eat well.
Good luck!

A good studying technique...is to study as if you're going to teach the work to someone else.

So, while you're studying, summarize the notes...and when you think you know all the work, pretend to be teaching it to someone, and then that way the areas you don't understand very well will become more clear..

Basically, the thinking behind this...is that...to be able to teach or explain something to someone else, means that you've got to understand it yourself..

Good luck
