you question was not very clear.
But i guess if your bf loves you just for your physical appreance then he doesnt love you....he loves the body..and they always say beauty is what comes from inside..he has to love your personality the real you and if he thinks you are revolting, he needs to know that your an independent individual even in a relationship. he needs to respect that.

I would tell him how sorry you are that he's grown up to be such an insensitive, careless, ignorant *****. Bad hometraining perhaps? Maybe his father treats his mother the same way.

I would say to you, Find someone you that will treat you with the dignity and respect you deserve. This guy does not deserve your love and he has no consideration for your feelings.
