There are all types of deception. We are required and do feel the need to seek out God.
If we do good in this life and resist Satan and do not accept God then once the veil is lifted then we will have to accept God because all things will be revealed. It is said that every person has a chance to accept as you would say the most high God.
If you want to really feel the influence of the most high God I would recommend this.
It is said in the book of mormon that those who read and pray and ask God iff this book and church be true he will manifest it to you through the power of the holy ghost.
Thats a pretty cool challenge and promise I thought.

Satan doesn't exist. Evil is not an outside force. Evil is something people create themselves. Insinuating that someone is a follower of Satan is insinuating that they're evil. Insinuating that an atheist is a follower of Satan is insinuating that they're evil.

Apparently this is a news flash for you but there is no Satan. It's the personification of evil. There is no Being called Satan or Lucifer, or any of those. Just like God, Satan is a legendary character from ancient stories. Yet they are believed and spread just like Urban Legends are today. There is no difference.
