Koreans, who swear by Kim-chi, the 3,000 year old traditional side dish, were immune to SARS and bird flu. Yes, Kim-chi is fermented cabbage. Saur kraut is good too and more readilly available. If you have access to Korean foods, then go with Kim-chi, otherwise good old saur kraut works just as well. Kraut is not spicey hot unless you make it that way. There are varieties that are less sour than the standard kind.

properly, swine flu IS spreading international huge, yet on the information this morning it mentioned that we've a sufficient supply of the medicine that can treatment it. there isn't something to tension approximately suited now!

No, I never knew that it would prevent bird flu. Strangely enough, after reading your statement, I still don't know it.

I love Kim-chi but it is no different than sauerkraut medically.
