who had a genetic predisposition for dependency regarding their continuing a relationship with drugs/alcohol in any form??

I believe that anyone who has a genetic predisposition for addiction, their best course of action would be to totally not touch any drug or alcohol product - ever!

Your question doesn't really make sense. Can you restate it? Are you asking what a drug counseler should tell someone that has had a dependancy problem before that they should no longer drink/do drugs? If so, then that's exactly what they would say: NO to drugs and alcohol.
