Ringworm is a fungal infection often seen in cats and dogs that actually has nothing to do with worms. It is a very unpleasant feeling for the dog or cat; itchiness, loss of hair, skin inflammation and untreated can result in severe infection leading to having to put the animal down (only in extreme neglected cases). Take care of this immediately, please... Some will say it's really nothing, but you don;t know that and the fog will suffer- just imagine if you had a mild case of poison ivey for a few weeks straight- and if not dealt with for months straight...

you will need to give a worming tablet called drontal. You can get this from your vets over the counter and depending on the weight of your animal depends on how many tablets needed. (1 tablet / 10kg)
This wormer should be given every 3months throughout the animals life.
This is an all round wormer and covers all worms.
You will then begin to see the worms passed but they will be dead, they will then be eliminated but please keep up the treatment to prevent any more nasty things occuring.

your dogs should be on permanent worming medication - most importantly, a monthly heart worm medication.
Heartworm is quite deadly (what you describe is probably not heartworm, but you shouldnt have allowed your dogs to get worms to begin with).
ad since you arent worming them, you probably arent looking after fleas either. Fleas can be extremely irritating for dogs and bring infection and disease. You need to get some Frontline from your vets or petstore and begin treating them immediately on a monthly basis.
If you are unsure how to look after animals, you should seek to find out, or give them to someone who can.

why?
why would you want to do this? do you think a dog is more sacred than a worm? why? what if someone wanted to get rid of you, as a human, because they believed you are a parasite?
Think I am being illogical?
Then explain to me the Georgia Guidestones. Here are tablets where, carved in stone is the quest to rid our earth of useless eaters...me and you.
Please...think hard before murdering the worms.
They have lives, families, feelings and as much right to live as me or you or your dog.
Thanks.

Start a worm treatment immediately, they will kill your dog if left untreated. You can buy wormer at almost any farm supply or department type store such as wal mart. Altho it is not reccommended we have always used horse wormer and just gave them a little bit off our finger strait into their mouth and it has worked for us many times when we have took in strays or had puppies.

it looks like TICKS to me.. if its OUTSIDE the body ie on hairs... use any anti-tick collar or powder and regularly brush the dogs. If its WORMS ie inside the body and comes out with stool best is to consult your vet. NEVER try any medicines w/o having vet's advice
