Some are. Barren means "not fertile" and I suppose some women are born that way. All get that way with time and there must be some ugly diseases that cause it.

Not always, sometimes environment, STDs, or other physical conditions can affect fertility.
Sometimes it's not that the woman can't carry a child, but that her eggs aren't viable. Donor eggs can resolve that problem.
Sometimes it's not the woman, but the man's sperm count that's inhibiting conception.
See a specialist in fertility problems to discover what the problem really is. It may be fixable.
If not, remember there are millions of children aching for a family as much as you're aching for a child. Adopt one and share your love with someone who desperately needs it.

yes you can be barren from birth, but with todays technology you can be made barren,

yes most people are born infertile
or sometimes they have an illness that makes them that way around puberty
