I don't get it, everywhere I read about what girls want--this one always pops up? Could someone one explain to me why being kissed in the rain is something that women really want?? Or explain the romance factor in some way or something.....

There are so many things behind this... usually it goes along with the romantic prince kind of thing...
Rain is usually seen in the same light as depression... a girl standing outside in the rain, no umbrella, soaking wet, and the man, the "prince" if you will, comes up and kisses her, stealing her from her thoughts of depression and turning the "rain" into a romantic and happy thought.
Sometimes the girl feels that she is taking his depression away as well...
The romantic factor depends on the woman more than anything really...

I don't like being kissed in the rain. When the weather starts getting bad I go inside.

Don't really know. It is just very romantic. Take in consideration all those romance movies.Like the movie "The Note Book" for example. There is just something sexy and romantic to be kissed in the rain. Try it you might find something out.

never thought about it, i guess i could say people are generally wet,uncomfortable and cold in the rain and the idea that a man can take your mind completely away from all theses uncomfortable feelings. hot, wet and orgasmic feels, i guess if its the first kiss and its good with someone you really like and have been waiting a long time for that first kiss???? but i don't know where you reading this i never heard it once from any family movies friends??? but i tried to explain it

It's in a lot of movies as being uber romantic, and people want the things that we're trained by culture (movies, books) to want.
I don't find it romantic much, I hate getting wet. Hold up an umbrella, and *THEN* you get a kiss!
