I know how you feel. I don;t get sweaty feet or armpits but my palms sweat alot...which is embarassing when holding a guys hand for example.

I tried something from Boots the Chemist to supposedly stop the sweating but it doesn't work.

I found this page for you:-

Good luck.

I think I will just live with it...it's not such a problem now I am married! We're too old to hold hands anymore!!!

Actually I was reading about htis problem in my herbal book last night .
Try these things , a few drops of Cloudy ammonia in your bath if you are a male add some lavender .you may not like to smell like a rose this is what would recommend to ladies do you bathe in the evening as well as the morning . I love to soak in the bath as much a four times a day This is for general perspiration I've used this treatment and I was dry all day
But the hands are a more troublesome spot , get some alum from the chemist , mix it with some pleasant talcum powder and use it frequently during the day as needed

Of course you could go drastic and have Botox injections in the armpit , But i think natural day to day nature cures can be far more pleasant

If Excessive sweating is your problem you'll find here vert good tips: http://bitly.com/CureYourExcessiveSweating

About 2% to 3% of the general population experience excessive sweating a condition called hyperhidrosis which can occur with or without a trigger. The most common type is called primary (or focal) hyperhidrosis and it has no known cause, although it seems to run in families. You may have a different type of excessive sweating called secondary (or generalized) hyperhidrosis.
This means that your symptoms may be due to an underlying medical condition or disease (e.g., nerve damage or a hormone disorder), or due to a side effect of a medication you are taking. Talk to your doctor.

First ask yourself whether your sweaty hands mean that you are excessively anxious in certain situations. If this is the case, dealing with the anxiety will lessen the problem, check this site;http://www.embarrassingproblems.co.uk/sweating_c.htm

Sweaty Palms/hands
(Palmar Hyperhidrosis): (+)
Sweaty Palms, known medically as Palmer Hyperhidrosis, or excessive hand sweating, is the most common presentation of hyperhidrosis. The term "hypersympathetic activity" is more accurate terminology because excessive sweating is caused by heightened activity in the sympathetic chain. The sympathetic chain, part of the Autonomic Nervous System, is located within the chest cavity and has nothing to do with motoric or sensory functions.

In rock climbing we use what's essentially gymnastics chalk to prevent our hands from getting sweaty and slipping off holds. It's extremely effective, though it makes your hands a shade of white. Perhaps if you use a very small amount it'll absorb the sweat, keep your hands dry, and prevent them from turning white.

A small amount of geranium essential oil rubbed on the palms will help. Nothing will get rid of the problem completely but this should reduce it and it has a pleasant smell. Good luck!

You can have an operation that stops all sweating in the upper half of your body - but then the lower half sweats twice as much.
