Also where is a good place to buy prints of them online? I love these pictures and am looking to buy some prints but I am running into brick walls trying to find them!

They are called either hand-tinted or sometimes you'll see it referred to as selective color. I associate hand colored pencil or oil prints with hand tinting, and selective color with using Photoshop.

Photographs with color accents are traditionaly called "hand-tinted." If you are looking for artwork like this consider trying your own. The process is relatively easy. To do it digitally all you need is photoshop, you can search online "how to hand-tint in photoshop" and you can find several detailed tutorials. To do your own on actual photos, have your pictures printed in black and white (get a few copies incase you mess up) and use colored pencil, watercolor or special markers you can buy at a craft store. Good Luck!

This type of photography is called "hand tinted" - since before digital photography came about people would take black and white pictures and add color by hand. Even though it can be done digitally now, it is still called the same.

Generally they're called "black and white with color accent".
