I'm leaving for California on my honeymoon on Saturday. I found that I have gained five pounds. I'm gonna try doing Slim Fast shakes and Slimquick pills while eating apples and a healthy dinner. Any better ideas??? It's not much weight to lose being as heavy as I am (187 pounds at 5'9") and I just want to be 182!

u better get to running and running hard. or riding bikes or something.

Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. are you pregnant? On your period? bloated?

Drink water not a lot just 3-4 bottles

Eat more veggies not fruit

and cardio every day until then

go on line for the scacred heart vegetable soup diet its great and healthy if you follow it, you will loose more than you thought. but be carefull and follow directions
